University of Tulsa – McFarlin Library 

The University of Tulsa, initially founded in 1894 as Henry Kendall College, moved to Tulsa in 1904, before the state of Oklahoma was created, and was renamed in 1920 to the University of Tulsa. McFarlin Library was built in 1929 and was selected as the central feature. The library became the major axis of the campus, and its location dictated the future growth of the campus. Today, the library has evolved along with its host institution, and is home to a vast collection of print and digital resources, along with the and the Pauline M. Walter Technology Resources Center.  McFarlin Library’s mission is to
